I am obviously way late to this. I'm catching up on your vid library, but I wanted to stop and make a comment about the emails. Y'all can't forget that unlimited texting/calls wasn't always a thing. I remember, it had to have been '07 or '08, being mad at ppl sending me chain messages because it was counting against my messages for the month. 😆 So, yes, it was a lot. But I bet a lot of those emails were one word responses, or laughing emoticons. It was the free way to communicate. Story is still wild.

The Late 90s and early 2000s promoted a very toxic diet culture. Everyone owned a copy of the Atkins diet and the South Beach Diet whether they wanted one or not. I swear it just appeared on your bookshelf. It was so common that I was in the restaurant industry at the time and we needed to know the standards of Atkins and the South Beach Diet because so many customers were on one of those two diets. My experience was that it promoted fast, short-term weight loss that was not sustainable once people returned to normal eating. People would lose huge amounts of weight in a very short period of time but both diets excluded fruits and most vegetables! It was have a bacon cheeseburger without the bun or a 40 oz porterhouse steak and that's healthy. I have a very low thyroid and used to struggle with my weight and was trained by doctors that you don't diet. You change your lifestyle to something that is sustainable, and you can long-term support, and that might mean losing a half a pound a week or nothing per week. I was told to weigh myself once per month max and the scale was not my friend because I was being given exercises to build muscle which can often actually make you gain weight because you're going for body recomposition, not just the loss of fat. If you cut your calories down too far your body starts to think that you're starving and if you have a low thyroid, for example, it actually makes your metabolism store every calorie as fat. You have to eat. It was a dark time. When I went to high school, Kate Moss and heroin Chic was the standard and I was called Bubble Butt for being as white as printer paper with a giant booty. 25 years later, young girls asked me if I got surgery or if my butt is real because that is how socially constructed beauty standards are. Suddenly, my bubble butt is desirable, as is my hourglass figure, and that reminds me that we make this stuff up. Your health should always be the top priority. Aesthetics change. Healthy blood pressure, blood sugar, heart functioning, healthy thyroid levels, these are objective. I am 5'8 and because of the way my body is built my ideal weight is 170ish with muscles, which makes me an American size 6 in waist hugging dresses and a size 10 in pants. I feel like we've moved past this era in American history but I still feel like there is a very unhealthy obsession with particular Foods being the problem instead of just promoting healthy lifestyle and activity

Adderall is fucked up do not say that at all. It seriously is highly addictive and destroys life’s. It’s not worth being skinny. No it’s not simple at all!! She was a celebrity. Once you stop taking it it completely destroys you and you literally become a different person with chemical imbalances.. it’s not worth it. It’s not worth being super skinny at all. It destroyed me completely. I’m so glad I don’t take it anymore. It made me over focused, hypertensive and aggressive. I was not healthy and miserable.

I used to be a fitness instructor. There was this extremely overweight woman in my class. We only worked out for 30 minutes a day. Anyway, I noticed that she was sweating an awful lot and I knew that was too much even for her so I stopped the class and I asked her if she was okay and then she told me how many layers of clothing she had on because she wanted to sweat away the water weight I told her that she is not only sweating way the water weight but she is also dehydrating herself which is very unhealthy I then ask her to go into the bathroom and stripped down to one layer of clothing and I handed her a bottled water because I kept those on hand and I told her to drink it down bec I was more concerned about her health then her weight.

I feel for the victims of Colleen. I was the victim of an incest pedophile . I did not go through the grooming process I was immediately thrusted into the sexual assault. My biological mom dropped me off at “grandpa’s” and left me there and never came back for me. She left when I was one. I wasn’t assaulted until I was 3 ( or the earliest I can remember) and I was finally rescued when I was 4 1/2 years old. But the damage was done. I lost my innocence, and I never recovered. I’m pregnant with my first child and I plan to protect this child the way I should have been. I pray for all the victims of child abuse. You are not a victim anymore my loves. You are a survivor. As someone who is currently pregnant, I believe every woman should have the right to choose what happens to their body. No matter the circumstances. I feel everyone woman has a right to their own reproductive health. I used to think it abortion was a form of murder but when I walked away from the church and have my own personal relationship with God and not have propaganda preached to me. I have come to the conclusion that every woman has a right to their own bodies. And anyone who says different needs to wake up.

I'm so glad I found your videos. Around last year when I was seeing all this red pill stuff I had so much disappointment. Thinking if this is how the majority of people think then this world is doomed. And then I felt kind of alone. I don't really get out and talk to many people.
